Dr. K K Tse
Founding Chair and Chief Education Officer, Education for Good CIC Ltd.
Dr K K Tse is the co-founder of Education for Good CIC Ltd. which was certified as a B Corporation in 2016. KK held senior executive positions at Lam Soon Group and Shui On Group respectively before setting up his management consulting firm, K K Tse & Associates Ltd. in 1992. He retired early in 2000, and has since been actively promoting social entrepreneurship and social innovation in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
He is the Founding Chair of the Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum, co-founder of Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Ltd., Founding Chair of Social Investors Club, Founding Chair of Social Impact Fellows, and a member of the Government-appointed Social Enterprise Advisory Committee since 2010. KK has been actively working on social entrepreneurship related publications and is the editor of several books on social entrepreneurship and the Founding Editor of the biweekly Social Entrepreneurs Newsletter published electronically since June 2007.

Ms. Natalie Chan leads the passionate team at PIE Strategy in helping corporations in Asia to apply a sustainability lens to their business strategy and operational model, implementing bespoke sustainability strategies and programmes to deliver sustainable growth. PIE is a certified B Corp and has been named a Best For The World Honouree since 2018. With over 15 years of experience as an intrapreneur setting up and leading the corporate sustainability practice at multinational corporations headquartered in Asia, including Swire Pacific and Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels groups, Natalie brings deep knowledge of driving sustainable and purposeful transformation at corporations to PIE and its clients.
Natalie is a Director of Natixis Foundation and Hong Kong Institute of Social Impact Analysts, and a Member of the Energy Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Government and Social Enterprise Business Centre Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Council of Social Service. She is an Advisor for public policy think tanks such as Civic Exchange and Our Hong Kong Foundation. Natalie holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, France and Tsinghua University, China, and completed The Prince of Wales’s Business and Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge, U.K.
Mr. Gilbert Lee

Mr. Gilbert Lee had over 30 years’ experience in marketing research and innovation in Greater China and around the world. Gilbert worked in local and international sizable companies and also provided consultancy services to big and small clients of different industries. He played an instrumental role in founding and growing a local start-up in China into the country’s largest marketing research company. After his retirement, Gilbert has been harnessing his knowledge and experiences to foster businesses for social good.
Gilbert is the Chief Innovation Officer of Education for Good and the Chief Training Officer of Hong Kong Social Investors Club. Of a highly people-focused approach, Gilbert is a seasoned corporate coach, specializing in empowering key stakeholders and facilitating teams to develop essential capabilities of empathy, creativity, rationality and ability to collaborate to enable effective innovation in diverse cultural settings and across different sectors e.g. business, government, social and education. Gilbert graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work and an MBA from The University of Hong Kong.
Mrs. Rebecca Yung

Mrs. Rebecca Yung is a business entrepreneur turned social entrepreneur. Rebecca was a pioneer in the convention and exhibition industry in Hong Kong and China since the early 1980s. She successfully founded, branded and organized over twelve world-renowned international trade fairs and conventions, covering a spread of industries. Before running her own business, she was the editor of a publishing firm in Hong Kong.
Since retiring from her own business, Rebecca has devoted her full effort to promoting social innovation in Hong Kong and Greater China. She is Founder and Chair of Golden Age Foundation, Co-founder & Convener of Ednovators, Chair of Social Enterprise Summit, Co-Founder of Social Investors Club and Co-Founder of Dream Impact Hong Kong. She is also the advisor to a number of social enterprises and committee member of NGOs, a writer and a radio programme host. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from Bristol University, UK and an EMBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
